• Project details and artwork files you upload.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

Why we use it

• To prepare quotes, proofs and deliver your orders (contract).
• To reply to you by phone, WhatsApp or email (legitimate interest / consent).
• To send print tips and offers if you subscribe (consent — unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve our website (consent for analytics cookies).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (e.g. hosting, email, courier) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal and tax obligations. Artwork files are deleted on request or after [retention period to be confirmed].

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details on our Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
