Sublimation uses heat and pressure to turn special inks into a gas that bonds with polyester fabric or polymer-coated items. The design becomes part of the surface, so it stays bright and will not crack or peel.

Questions about Sublimation Printing
What can be sublimated?
Polyester fabrics and items with a special polymer coating, such as sublimation mugs, bottles and panels. Cotton is not suitable — we will advise on screen printing for cotton garments.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. The ink becomes part of the surface rather than sitting on top, so it does not crack or peel.
Can each item be different?
Yes. Names, numbers and photos can change on every item.
