Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Indicative prices shown on this website are estimates only; your final price is confirmed in a written quote.

Artwork & proofs

Production begins only after you approve a digital proof. Please check spelling, colours and layout carefully — we are not responsible for errors approved on a proof. Screen and print colours can differ slightly.

Payment

A deposit may be required before production, payable by M-Pesa or bank transfer. The balance is due on collection or delivery unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

Turnaround

Turnaround times start from proof approval and receipt of deposit. Express services are subject to availability.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images and text you supply. Designs created by our studio remain our property until paid for in full.
